You should also scrub away any dried blood with an alcohol-based cleanser like hydrogen peroxide or rubbing alcohol. Once a day, rinse off earwax build-up using a q-tip dipped in olive oil (rubbing alcohol works too). It is not recommended that you wear earrings while they are healing because it can cause irritation which will prolong the process.<\/p>\n
